TOUR OF BEAUTY BLISS BALLS
- 12 Medjool dates
- 1 cup almond meal
- 20 gm macadamia nuts
- 20 gm pecan nuts
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, plus 1/3 cup extra for rolling
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- Sprinkling of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Soak the dates in warm water untill soft.
- Place the coconut/oil in a food processor on high speed until smooth (ish).
- Add the rest of the ingredients including dates and pulse again to combine.
- Shape the mixture into 12 small balls and roll in the extra coconut.
- Chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
